Wow!! You look great!! I’ve been counting calories and slowly decreasing the total calorie intake. So far I’ve lost 17 pounds. Next month, I’m going to drop it again to see what happens. You story inspires me!

I find other things to do besides eat. I take an online course. I also go for walks and hang out with my 4 year old son. I also count calories. This helps me put things into perspective. I still have small treats but within my calorie count so that I don’t go over. Changes made slowly over time have helped me. So far, I’ve…

Add me!! I have about 70 pounds to lose! So far have lost 17 by calorie county and watching portion and serving sizes. It’s difficult though!
