  • I just started the new fb30 program on Saturday. I was considering switching to FBfit, but I'm just coming back from an injury, so I should probably stick with the shorter workouts for now. Enjoy your workout tomorrow! Tomorrow is my optional stretch day, however I think I'll throw in a HIIT workout instead :smiley:

  • While I haven't made this in a long time, I really like this: Single serving blueberry muffin. No flour, sweetened with honey, almond flour. I make it at night, put it in a container in the fridge, ready to grab and go in the morning. I think this will be thursday's breakfast for me!
