@tbolashana Good job for not over-eating during Thanksgiving! I'm Canadian so I celebrated Thanksgiving back in October and I did overeat unfortunately. But am back on track now. Goals for today: -Walk for an hour -Stay within calorie goal!

Well I did all except for staying within 1200cals. But I did stay within 1400...so I ate my exercise calories back. Not too bad!

I'm also 5'7. I vary between 125 and 135, but am trying to stay at 125. At 125 I have a nice flat stomach with ab definition. When I'm 130, I have a little pooch, its amazing how those 5 pounds make such a noticeable difference. Everyone's different, but at 5'7 and 130lbs, I look a little chubby.

Log EVERYTHING you eat! I did fieldwork for a few months with a girl your height and weight (we were out in the bush together collecting data for 14 hours a day) . She claimed to eat super healthy, log all her food and have no metabolism. Yet she would constantly snack on little baggies of crackers, cheese, grapes,…

frozen blueberries work for me! I take 1/3 of a cup out of the freezer in the morning and by dinner they have defrosted and are a perfect dessert. Sometimes I add a tsp of cocoa powder and a bit of cinnamon and mix it all around to turn it into a kind of pudding.

5'7 and 124 pounds. I'm usually wear size small shirts, size 6-8 pants. Obviously I carry ALL my fat in my thighs.
