I'm on the I need to 100 lbs. plus journey. I will be around a while and could use some friends on the same track. Feel free to add me and let's keep everyone motivated.

Not have to shop at the Big and Tall section and pay more for clothes. Sleep without a CPAP machine.

I was in the same boat, about the calories and so far the first week well lets say I have never felt like an addict unt now. I was able to figgt through it not without my ups and downs but im on track. Focus on the goal and you can make it happen. Plan your work (meals & workouts) and work your plan.

Take each step with the knowledge that you are making everyone around you including your own life better. Be honest with yourself on your exercise and calories. Weigh yourself no ore that once a week. find someone willing to walk beside you on this journey

It's a life long project and I'm getting my wheels rolling again.

Not in my 30's anymore and regretting not doing it then. You are making the best decision for yourself right now. I am in the 300 Lbs+ category and working my way down.

OML but super cute.

I am currently a member of the 300+ and just started again (339 on July 2014) i have lost 25 since then (314 on Apr 6, 15) but my health has been poor. So i made a choice, to be better. I had the opportunity to move to Washington, north of Seattle, this year and grabbed it with both hands. I love it here and cant wait to…

The major one was the checkup almost everything was out of whack and the big straw an A1c of 9. That scared the ever living daylights out of me.

Food what is it about you that entraps me. I love carbs but my A1c said that they will kill me slowly. so on my last day before I started I ate an entire large pepperoni and extra cheese pizza and not a little so called 14" large from a chain place but an 18" from my favorite local pizza joint.

Congratulations on the girst of many steps. I am on the same journey but I break my goals down to smaller chuncks, first goal 20#s.

Don't forget about getting enough sleep to keep your body in a normal rhythm. Good luck and keep a smile on your face.
