Wow! I eat too much!

hi! I was on my fitness pal years ago and then stopped. I had a baby and now am about to get married in August! I started working out a ton and eating healthy about 6 months ago. I've lost 10 lbs--- but am now stuck! I chalked it up to gaining muscle-- but the fat is not disappearing! I tracked one day(yesterday) and realized I probably eat twice as many calories than I should! This will be a challenge, but I am up for it! My goal is to look hot in my wedding dress!

    I was in the same boat, about the calories and so far the first week well lets say I have never felt like an addict unt now. I was able to figgt through it not without my ups and downs but im on track. Focus on the goal and you can make it happen.
    Plan your work (meals & workouts) and work your plan.

    Congrats on the wedding..

    It's crazy how much we eat when we're not counting or keeping track. Stick around and keep it up with exercise and you'll look hot in that dress and beyound ;)
