I would just like more cardio and abdominal exercises on top of this. I generally walk about 10 miles every day on the farm and am consistently doing strenuous activities

I have always been the "fat" friend and I'm determined to change that this year.

For the gym I generally run approximately 10 miles a day. And nutrition wise I try to stay around 1,200 calories.

I was in the same boat as you!!! I just graduated college and it's time the pounds come off! I've never felt too confident in a bathing suit and I want this year to be the year!!!

Veggies are so hard to love lol I only want to lose 10 more pounds and it's been the hardest 10 to lose

I well over eat on the sweets. I tend to skip well balanced meals because I replace them with sweets
