Front squats are stupid. Okay okay maaaaaybe they're not stupid but I personally am just not good at them. My wrists do not like being bent like that and if I cross my arms the bar hurts my front delts. I did standing barbell press 115lbs for reps and was shocked.

Isolation movements I would assume but please don't think that by your traps getting attention they're going to suddenly get big and freaky. You have to earn traps, lol. But seriously, don't worry about it. Again you are a woman and you will not get big bulky traps - naturally.

Well foremost is if you are seeing results. PT is expensive. Ive known good and bad trainers alike. May I ask which gym you go to? (Just curious, not exactly relevant) If you have certain types of health insurance, they pay for your gym membership and training.

Me too! Currently I can bench 225, squat 335 (maxed at 365 around 50lbs ago haha) and deadlift 410 (maxed at 425 again I was like 50lbs heavier as well). I'm trying to post on Instagram more but I just started using it lol

I'm going with the majority in this, my bench is my worst lift. On Monday I was able to hit 225 for a solid single though - not gad fir a 181lb girl haha

SW 345 GW Unsure. Probably 140 or so, I carry a lot of muscle mass so I don't want to compromise much muscle for being thinner. CW 181 Competitive powerlifter now! Just under one year of only diet and strength training. Oh and I am 5'1

^^^ spot on. I do zero cardio and have lost all of my weight exclusively weight training. My quads are 26in and my waist is 30in but these hips... Oh lord. Haha
