To be completely honest, this doesn't sound sustainable to me, and weighing every day isn't as accurate as it sounds... I don't want to have to meticulously weigh every gram of food I eat forever. Then again, I did lose the first 10 pounds without counting so maybe watching but not exactly counting is the way to go...

Honestly I'm pretty sedentary but I'm also 16 so 1610 cals just seems really low. It doesn't make much sense...

I don't really know if it means anything, but I gained another pound according to the scale this morning. What the heck... And I've been to the doctor already, my period should come back soon and they're not worried.

Thanks for the suggestions, I'm going to stick to around 1600 for another week and see what happens, because the scale really isn't making sense the more i think about it. Oh well, no stress. And my bmi is healthy, as is my body. Thanks for the concern though.

@jenniferjohnsonament I haven't had my period in about six months (early last year I was 142 pounds), and I don't recall eating that much sodium yesterday... Could I be experiencing pms anyway? I don't know what to do - I ate 1200 net today, should I just eat 1600 anyway though?!
