Lifting make me hungry... Once I start eating for the day I then eat about every two hours. Also I try to drink a glass of water everytime I feel hungry.

Sure if your have kidney disease a high protein diet can be dangerous. I eat about 1gm of protein per pound I weigh, I've been eating this way for about 8 months. I just had a CMP drawn and my kidney function is perfect.

I actually enjoy eating plain air popped popcorn, very low in cals. Occasionally I'll add a bit of coconut oil, a sprinkle of sugar and salt.

Grilled chicken with sweet potato and a veg. Fish with rice and a veg. Stir fry. Tacos. Spaghetti. Chili. Tortilla soup. Turkey burgers. Burrito bowls. Pita pizzas. Breakfast for dinner is always nice too.
