Oh yeah, also I love hummus mixed with water! Another good one is tahini mixed with lemon juice Spicy peanut is good too...peanut butter, white wine or rice vinegar, and some kind of hot sauce

For taco salad I use yogurt mixed with salsa. I save the fat and calories for the cheese haha. For other salads I use yogurt mixed with balsamic vinegar...same. Yogurt and pesto (from a jar) Another I do is honey, dijon mustard, and a bit of olive oil. Lemon juice, honey, hot sauce is a weird one I like sometimes.

I just eat whatever I want for breakfast. Today I had taco salad, it was amazing.

For me the weight changes seem to reflect two or even three days before...so if Saturday I go over my target, but then Sunday I'm under, then on Monday my weight may have gone up or stayed the same, but then on Tuesday it'll have gone down...if I eat well Sunday and Monday it will definitely be reflected by Wednesday.
