Daily weight loss and gain

It's very frustrating for me to feel like I've had a good day of accurate logging and a high intensity workout and then see my weight go UP the next day. Does that necessarily mean my logging was incorrect? I feel like the mornings I do lose on the scale, my day before wasn't usually any better than usual?

nah...just be patient.
Probably water weight
I was 175.2
Yesterday i did some pool excercises and some walking/jogging
Was up to 178.8
And today 174.4
No worries when you log accurate eat in deficit You WILL lose weight. Only be patient0 -
For me the weight changes seem to reflect two or even three days before...so if Saturday I go over my target, but then Sunday I'm under, then on Monday my weight may have gone up or stayed the same, but then on Tuesday it'll have gone down...if I eat well Sunday and Monday it will definitely be reflected by Wednesday.0
