I make a version of the same thing but I use unsweetened almond milk which is only 30kcal per cup!! I stick with berries because they are lower on the glycemic index and add half a banana :) It is super delicious!! :)

I do the same thing, lol. I think at some point everyone has. Dont beat yourself up over it though and start with small changes first. They seem to stick better when you make a conscious choice for healthy living everyday. Heres to the new you and me :)
