Any 24 Day Advocare Challengers?

I am in day 4 of my first Advocare and am really hoping at the end of this I will have set myself up for a healthy lifestyle moving forward. I am a full time student, work part-time, busy busy girl. Im looking to lose 50 pounds/maintain a healthy weight. I have two weddings coming up am in and I don't want to be the "fat one" every time I look at photos. Send me a friend request if your in the same boat as I am and we can help each other stay motivated!

I am on day 8 and have lost 6lbs so far!0

I guess I am doing something similar... idealshakes... I do a shake for breakfast and then eat ever 2-3 hours through out the day incorporating fats/carbs/proteins. I started 22 days ago and I have loss 14.6lbs. Because of my weight MFP states I should consume 1210 calories daily and I stay within those with the exception of Easter
I drink 128 ounces of water each day... I am satisfied, never hungry and feel great. I only do the shake in the morning as I am not a breakfast kind of girl so that works for me. I have a good 85lb to lose... Best of luck to you!

I'm on day 2 of the 24 day challenge and I love it so far. I wasn't a coffee or soda drinker before so the spark is making me a little shaky but other then that it's great. I'm going to try and not weigh myself until day 10.0
