My Smoothie breakfast

I use one whole frozen peach, 1/2 cup Kale, 1/2 frozen banana, 4 frozen strawberries, 1/2 tsp chia seeds, 1 cup sweetened almond milk and 1 scoop vanilla protein powder ... Whirl up in my Nutrition Ninji. It's a little less than 300 calories. Yum :)

    I make a version of the same thing but I use unsweetened almond milk which is only 30kcal per cup!! I stick with berries because they are lower on the glycemic index and add half a banana :) It is super delicious!! :)

    I make mine with 1 banana, a few frozen strawberries or blueberries, half a packet protein powder and unsweetened almond milk. In the mixer for a minute. Yummy.
