Thank you. The point is I DO like to run. I sort of have a love/hate relationship with it. Not everyone finds it easy and motivation can be hard at times. I dont think saying it is not for me is entirely true. I loved that first 5k. I love being fit and setting new goals. I do appreciate the feedback. Thank you.

I just ran my fist 5k three weeks ago. It meant the world to me. Onward and upward.

I quit two months ago. I started working out twice a day. Walking in the evenings up to three miles and now jogging at least two to three miles on top of that. I notice the more I work out the less I crave smoking. Also at night I drink lots of hot non caffeinated herbal tea to keep cravings down. Ive lost weight and…
