You're better off if you eat various foods instead of one type in big quantities.

Italian food recipes. :) I love spaghetti with some meat, and you can freeze it (but I don't freeze the pasta/macaroni).

Food before supplements. If it's too much food to eat for you, then yeah, drink your calories in a shake. :smile: I myself drink a litre of whole milk a day :lol: but no protein powder etc.

Whole (3.2%/3.5%/3.8%) milk has lots of kcal. I drink a 1 litre bottle a day. :smile:
