How to eat more

My goal is 1300kkal per day....icant eat so much. Today i reached 763kkal..... No odea how to make myself eat more

    I'm having the same problem. High healthy fat foods work for me. Olives, avocados, and nuts. Good luck.

    I've seen a few people post with a similar problem and it often comes down to the fact that they are either:
    • Only eating foods that they deem "healthy"
    • restricting food types or groups (like avoiding sugar or carbohydrates)

    In these instances, the poster would be better just adding those foods back into their diet (whilst hitting their daily calorific targets).

    So, eat what you enjoy, but track it to ensure that you hit your target routinely. If I were in your position I'd be eating more chocolate and/or cake, but you may have other favourite foods.

    Whole (3.2%/3.5%/3.8%) milk has lots of kcal. I drink a 1 litre bottle a day. :smile:
