I've lost 90 pounds eating what my family eats just smaller portions, I allow myself cheat days on Friday & Saturday & I have 2 servings of Junk food a day! As long as I stay in my fat, carb, sugar goals :)

Yogurts, eggs, chicken breast, peanut butter, fruits , veggies That's not all I eat but those are the foods I make sure I eat

I increased mine to 1700 bc I wasn't filling up with anything Under. I find that strange that they would tell you to only eat 1200! If you ever get hungry past the 1200 just increase Like I did :)
