I lost 100 pounds all natural and HEALTHY. I ate 1,700-2,000 calories a day, work out 1-2 hours a day, eat foods I enjoy but in SERVING SIZES.

Protein?
im having a hard time with protein. I like foods I can grab & just eat because I am so hungry lol.. Some days I do good with protein but others not so much.. Are there any foods you eat that have a lot of protein but you doesn't take forever to make?

Some days I am extremely full & others I am always hungry.. Is it maybe the food I am eating?

Obsessed with the scale
I can't seem to stop weighing, it drives me crazy. Before I go to the gym I convince myself not to weight. I go in get on the machines & while I'm working out I give myself reasons why I should weigh & convince myself it is okay to weigh everyday. Sometimes I weigh 2-3 times a day. I can't stop.
