I stay within my carb , fat& sugar goals, when I go to the gym I do intervals which is going super fast for 2 minutes & slowing down for 2 minutes. You can do however long you want- it helps burn fat . I also worked on toning right away. I use resistance, incline& weights while working out to also add muscle. I eat 1700 calories a day & eat back half of the calories I burn in a workout.

I get there when I can. I used to go everyday but with my new job I can only make it 4 times a week but now that I don't go everyday I'll stay at the gym for 2 hours to get a great workout in!

Great results! How do intervals burn fat specifically? I'm assuming that is the HIIT method. I know that is good for cardio and for your heart, but I never heard it is specifically targets fat. I've always heard the opposite, in fact, that there is no work out that "targets" fat except for perhaps a target heartrate.

This is just what my trainer told me, something about your body is working harder because you are bringing your heart rate up & down. It worked for me
