I won't, I'm in this for the long run. The blood, sweat, and tears will not triumph this time!

You deffinitly can! Start slowly! Cut unhealthy foods out, replace them with healthy things! I love to have cereal, cucumbers with salsa, fruit with whip cream ect..

Wow! Well done! Don't u have loose skin from losing weight too quickly?

It took me 6 months to lose 20 pounds after my first delivery 4 years back.

My second born, daughter is 2 months old, have started the efforts again, but I'm breastfeeding so not going too low on calories.

Last time i did it 3 yrs bk after my son was weaned off, and my calorie intake was 1600 and i did jillian michaels workouts!

I am worried about losing weight too quickly as it could lead to loose skin :s

I was worried at first but I've used skin firming lotion , stretch mark lotion & I do weight training .. I haven't gotten any loose skin & if I do ever get it which I'm pretty sure I won't, I can get it surgically removed or deal with it. I would rather have loose skin than heart problems :)

    It depends I burn around 500-1000 a workout. I eat if I'm hungry I don't eat them just because I burned them off .. Yesterday I burned 1000 I ate 450 back

Yes, what has really helped me is when I am doing cardio I do "intervals". Sprint for 30-45 seconds jog or speed walk until you catch your breath. I have asthma so it is hard for me to sprint a long time. I also do intervals on the eliptical & Stairmaster. For toning I do excersizes with weights. I like squats, lunges, different ab workouts, & arm workouts.
