I get there when I can. I used to go everyday but with my new job I can only make it 4 times a week but now that I don't go everyday I'll stay at the gym for 2 hours to get a great workout in!

I stay within my carb , fat& sugar goals, when I go to the gym I do intervals which is going super fast for 2 minutes & slowing down for 2 minutes. You can do however long you want- it helps burn fat . I also worked on toning right away. I use resistance, incline& weights while working out to also add muscle. I eat 1700…

I started at 1,200 calories, I lost 20 in a month in a half but I was very tired & when I would get up from sitting down it would look fuzzy. Now I eat 1,700 calories a day I've lost 57 since jan.

I love dark chocolate covered almonds I have 6 a day. :smile: just because your losing weight doesn't mean you can only eat healthy. Your body needs different kinds of fats carbs sugars etc

I sprained my ankle a couple weeks back I was stressed to not be able to make it to the gym. I rested the whole week & watched my diet. I lost 2.8 pounds that week I was very surprised. Try not to stress. if you do gain it can always be lost again. Don't injure yourself further :smile:

I had a hard time starting to drink more water. I drink a lot of milk with my meals I switched to water because when I eat I drink a lot .. Try drinking water with meals. I also sip water throughout the day
