Yes, what has really helped me is when I am doing cardio I do "intervals". Sprint for 30-45 seconds jog or speed walk until you catch your breath. I have asthma so it is hard for me to sprint a long time. I also do intervals on the eliptical & Stairmaster. For toning I do excersizes with weights. I like squats, lunges,…

It depends I burn around 500-1000 a workout. I eat if I'm hungry I don't eat them just because I burned them off .. Yesterday I burned 1000 I ate 450 back

Okay thanks! I have another question for anyone on here.. Today I am doing good as in I'm not getting hungry.. I've had 36 grams of fat , 97 carbs, & 33 protein but I have had cheese & milk & chicken.. Why is my protein so low but everything else so high?

My mom just made me a bunch of hard boiled eggs this morning to keep in the fridge! I love cottage cheese but I have fat free.. Is that okay?

I just try to improve every week & I wasn't sure about this so I wrote this post. I have had a protein shake before & it had a weird after taste is that normal?

I would love to be able to just go to the fridge & get some chicken, I'm always on the go during the week my schedule is packed full & I forget to eat sometimes so when I get to work they only have junk food so Ill get the healthiest junk food just to tide me over until I get home. I'm going to make chicken tomorrow night…

On good days I get 70-90 of protein but my hungry days I think I get 40 i dont know i don't check these numbers religiously.

Omg you explained it perfectly.. I always have a question in my head & have a hard time explaining what I'm trying to get at.. It's so easy for me to eat carbs & fats but sometimes I don't eat a lot of protein or fiber & I'm left super hungry. Thank you for the food suggestions :)

Well I do eat a 500 cal breakfast, 350 cal lunch & whatever for dinner.. I work out at night so I think maybe to increase my calorie intake at night just because I burn off a lot
