Slice cucumbers using a mandolin blade, roll up with deli meat, hummus, and other veggies. Or whatever sounds good to you! I like to add feta cheese

I have the same issue. Attempting to drop about 20 lbs. I'm good all day until dinner then loose all control. I'm interested in hearing any input!

Does anyone else have intense calf soreness when doing the shred? I've done it a couple times now and both rounds only felt sore in my calves. I stretch even after I'm done with the dvd. Any thoughts?
