Hi all struggling with 10 pounds

I am 5"6 weigh 138 and would like to go down to 128 Can't seem to lose the weight !! I know what to eat just can't seem to keep up good habits I don't eat sugar have it up over a year ago but my portions are the prob !!!! As well I am good till about 3 pm but after that I pig out ,,,,

    I have the same issue. Attempting to drop about 20 lbs. I'm good all day until dinner then loose all control. I'm interested in hearing any input!

    What happens when you eat a bigger lunch? Or eat every 3 hours with healthy snacks so you don't feel ravenous at the end of the day? A co-worker says that she just skips dinners for a while when she needs to lose a few pounds but I could only so that if I have plenty of measured out and filling meals through the day. Also have you tried switching up the type of cardio you're doing to kind of shock your body out of its comfort zone?
