You seem really cool, and overall thats what I want to do too :) but I'm only at the beginning of my journey. If you have any tips please let me know!

Hey! I think most people here are really supportive so you should find friends and community easily :)

Don't worry, I know what you mean. My sisters have a different dad and they're all twice my height and naturally skinny. I don't mind though because I got the boobs
-
Haha, when I saw the title I thought you meant as in 'don't worry! there's hope!' I haven't figured out how to add people yet but I'll be routing for you! B)

Wow, we're in the same boat. I'm a baker. One thing I find that helps is to fill up on low carb meals in short intervals. So you don't let yourself get hungry. Don't chew gum because it can cause digestive problems. Maybe carry a huge water bottle so instead of snacking you drink water when you're bored.

Good job! I'm Janelle, I live in nz and I'm also 21. I have no idea how much I've lost though.

I'm sure you can do it :) even when we fall off the wagon sometimes its important to realize that we're all in the same boat. Anyway GOOD LUCK!! <3

Thats so cool! Do you do mma fitness training? I've always wanted to, I'm thinking of starting this year. But as a girl in nz I feel like I'd stick out. Lol, excuses.

Lol, I'm not from adelaide either. But It's cool that you're not just focusing on getting skinny. Learning to be healthy and fit is slow but rewarding. Good luck with your journey!! :p

Hey! Me too. I've been following lifestyle blogs, but I think it's even better to be apart of a mini community smile:
