It would be impossible to tell you what body fat I am right now because I have no means of measuring. I would say I am around 20% but my stomach does pop out a little and no visible abs. My training regiments is fairly simple and not too complex. I do one compound lift usually heavy followed by some isometrics.

I may stop using the mirror to be honest. I want to get stronger and have a relatively acceptable amount of body fat.

I am slowly starting to lift within the 6-7 rep range on my compound lifts.

I can't get to 200lbs without getting a horrible amount of body fat. Update: my stomach is flat and my lifts are slowly increasing, but I've just started progressively overloading.

I have the opposite of you man. I am obsessed with gaining weight. It's a short man complex I developed.

Everyone's advice has been great I have just been ignorant in thinking I can be that heavy. It's more of a short man complex. I feel that because I am so short I have to make up for it in weight. But that's more of a psychological problem I guess.

He looks better than I ever will and kudos to him. Is he all natural? I don't have enough money to buy anything other than Creatine or protein shakes. He looks natural though. He's shredded but I feel like he has better genetics than me.

You're most likely right I used a thing were you hold two handles to measure. However my family is heavy. My dad is 5 11 250 and is kind of fat. I had a stomach but felt healthy. But I'm no beast. Just a little man haha.

What do you mean? There's no such thing as clean eating because it varies from person to person. Stay within your calorie limit and meet your macronutrients. I just eat whatever I want but sometimes I have to splurge on junk food to meet my calorie intake but only after meeting my macros.

I eat almost anything in sight. It's not a good idea but I don't care. I can't help myself and my metabolism is insanely fast.

I used to be 215lbs. And it looked fine except for a somewhat unacceptable gut. My body fat was 19% at 215 but I felt healthy. I don't know. I kind of want to keep going and it is awfully easy to consume almost 4000 calories a day for me.

You mean make your legs and bum bigger I assume because toning does not exist.
