Thanks! I have been tested but part of me believes it is a false negative. Just not sure as I don't know many people with this illness so it is hard to relate to only Internet articles all the time.

I do follow a Low FODMAP diet already and I've had no issues with many foods others do. Although it has helped reduce the feeling of bloating overall.

How did they all find out they have it?I have had blood tests and scopes that were negative but I am still feeling like I do have this illness. They told me "IBS" but I started a gluten free diet and I feel amazing! Every symptom I've had since elementary school (I'm 21 now) has disappeared within the first week or two!…

I have a Polar m400!! I got it in May and I LOVE IT!! I wear it everyday. It comes with the heart rate monitor. I have never had any issues with it so far it's been working beautifully. My favourite thing about it is that it's so easy to use and really does track your movements honestly. It knows when you're sleeping or…

I'm a student as well!! Feel free to add me, I'll help you with support!

It won't be the driving force in your weight loss but it will certainly help. If you stick to a calorie deficit you will lose weight. Adding in exercise might speed up the process a bit and/or make you feel more confident. You will become toned but don't be surprised if it takes a while or if you need to do the BBG twice…

Wow thanks everyone !!!!! I gotta do a bit more research

I have always been curious about vegaone however I heard it makes some people sick?? What are the pros of vega one compared to another vegan protein powder?
-
Yes I am lactose intolerant that is why I am weary of whey. I like the hemp because its easy to digest and does not cause me any issues. Thanks everyone.

Hey!! I started in January and I've lost just under 20lbs. I'm 5'2" and currently weight about 120lbs! Definitely starting to lean up more. I'd like to be more around 118lbs. Feel free to add me I have logged on for over 200 days!!

1350 cal a day is what MFP set my intake to, my settings are at 0.5lb/week although I'm not trying hard to lose weight since I'm only 122lbs already so I tend to eat more around 1500. But lately I've been getting less than my 1350 goal just bec I have no appetite
-
Thanks everyone I will be sure to speak up
-
Not MAJOR at the moment thank goodness, it's summer vacation for me!
-
I do take a multivitamin rn, it has vitamin D but just the average amount not extra
-
In terms of calories?? I eat about 1400 at least a day, more if I workout. I usually eat at least half of my workout cals
-
Good luck to everyone starting !!!:) I am on Week 9 of 1.0, also did the pretraining! Here for motivation :)

Update: got the iPhone !!
-
Yeah I've had my android for 2 years and I do love it. Just am leaning towards more of a change I guess. Plus I'm not very tech savvy so connecting my android to a computer or trying to find or add files was more frustrating than it should have been. Need simplicity!!
-
Wow thanks everyone :)) I am tempted to go for the iphone mainly cause I am taking my mom's IPad for University so it would just make things easier in terms of synchronization. Also the iphone LOOKS (physically) more attractive than the androids in my opinion.
-
I have a polar heart rate monitor, its pretty accurate. Cals burned depends on your height, weight, etc. I'm 122lbs and 5'2" and my burn ranges from 170 to 250 a workout
-
Oh ok! Nice, thank you for your help!!
-
Yeah I wasnt quite sure which one to use so I used jogging all the time just to be safe and not over estimate anything, what device do you use with H7
-
Yes I have done it. It is built into the device I have so I can do it for free whenever I want. It helped set my max HR and what not
-
Yes I have the H7. I use it under "jogging", should I be using the " running" training option instead?
-
Running!! HR btw 180-190 , weigh about 122, thought I'd burn a little less since 122 is not very large
-
I eat well but can never get rid of my cravings for chocolate so now I just save the cals for them and voila problem solved :D
