You need to pre log your items and space out what you are eating so you avoid the 3pm hungry horrors. That's me too. If I don't eat a small snack before I leave work, I'll eat everything when I come in the house that afternoon. So you know your trigger, find a way to work around it.

I do notice when I eat starchy stuff my energy tanks but I was even falling asleep after my salad today. :) But I will definitely start keeping track of it. Thanks!

Thanks for looking!!! :-) I'm going to go with the stress of life at the moment then. I'm ok with half a pound a week and don't want it to be more. Thanks for looking!

Even though I'm set to 1lb a week it seems that I'm only losing about .5lb a week, which I'm fine with, but I'm worried that if I up my calories then that rate will slow.
-
I've had it set at 1lb since I started.

Log it all. The good the bad the ugly. I can't tell you how much it helped me when I had a craving, ate the Poptarts and realized they weren't worth the 400 calories so I know better for next time. You'll learn to really make your calories worth it. And just keep going, even if you see nothing on the scale, keep going. If…

62. When going to a place where calorie content isn't available it makes you nervous.

I don't know if I'd try to avoid it as much as I would try to figure out low cal things that you enjoy and make sure you have them with you. I'm a fan of Mich Ultra. 95 calories per 12oz. Or my sister likes the RandaRita named after Miranda Lambert as her low cal drink. Sprite Zero, Crystal Light, and Bacardi.

I'm 33, divorced, getting ready to move in with my boyfriend, Mom to an 8 year old boy, 5'3 and 127lbs. I'd like to drop about 5lbs more.

One of my faves is couple chicken breasts, a packet of Hidden Valley Ranch, and Frank's Wing Sauce in the crockpot for a few house. I can eat off of that all week for lunch. Whether in a wrap, by itself or what have you.

I'm a grazer while prepping and cleaning up so what helps me to stop putting a bite or there in is to chew gum while prepping and right after while I'm cleaning up.

I like diet green tea by Lipton. Or I take vitamins that have caffeine in them.
-
I use Happy Scale just for this reason.

Thanks! On a normal day at the office I earn about 250 back. I'll try to eat only half of them back so it's nothing life shattering but it's something. Or I won't eat any back for a few days to save up for the weekend.

So question...how would you figure out your extra exercise calories for the day?
-
There is a bug and they are working it.

5'3, 128lbs....

Mine last synced at 6am. I hope it's fixed soon. I need to know how many extra calories I have for dinner via exercise since we are going out tonight.

A couple years ago I lost 20lbs and those suckers never moved. I lost another 10 last summer and my bra began to get too big. So they will probably sag a big depending on your size. Invest in good bras.

Mine will just connect when it wants to. Not when I try to pull the data. It's very frustrating because it's one of the reason I use MFP because it syncs so easily with my Fitbit. Any resolution date?

Instead of stopping at fast food, pack stuff to take with you. Stuff that is already packaged and ready to go. If you have to do fast food, then choose kids meals for the small amount of calories. You are in a cycle that you just need to break. I'm a single mom of an 8 year old who works 9 hour days, drives 2 hours every…

I use it as a face moisturizer. That's about it.
-
I found when I do this it's because I'm usually stressed about other issues.
-
I've done it. Cried the night before, slap some of this stuff on your puffy eyes. It works well.
-
I'm at 1200 calories and currently eat back about half of the calories my Fitbit affords me. You can make 1200 calories last you all day if you pre plan and are eating half way decent things.
-
I had cottage cheese and strawberries this morning. Greek yogurt yesterday morning. A couple mornings last week I had a hard boiled egg and pepperoni slices.
-
I would log all of your food on MFP and let it sync over to the Fitbit.

I'm 5'3, 33 years old and have 1 child. CW is 128, GW is 125. I got down to 121 last year and I liked myself at that weight but I heard from a lot of people I was too skinny. So when I get to 125 I'll see how I feel.

Ugh, it's taken me some time to realize this so I've been very careful with my logs. And to not get frustrated when I don't see the big numbers.
