On days you just can't...
What do you do to motivate yourself on days when you literally just can't? Monday was cardio, Tuesday was Barre Legs and yesterday was supposed to be the 21 Day Fix Abs. It was a rough day at work and 10 mins in the video I just couldn't do it. My head wasn't in it. So I went for a 45 minute walk. I'd like that to not be a…

Sigh
What do you do when you are tired of counting, and logging, and measuring, and making food plans, and working out 5-6 days a week? Just exhausted by it all. I've taken a day off here and there but I worry if I take more than that off, I'll fall back into bad habits. I have goals and I want to reach them but today I'm just…

Food Scale
I finally broke down and bought one. I'm hoping it'll kind of push me through my plateau. I guess my question is...do you weigh everything? Obviously, meat and pasta but what else? I have been using cups for cereal, rice, etc.

Runing Versus Aerobic Activity
Question...when I go for a 30 min run according to my Fitbit I've burned about 300 calories. When I do T25 for those 25 mins it's only logged at "aerobic activity" and shows that I've burned 100 calories in those 25 mins. I guess I feel like I would burn more doing T25 than 30 mins of jogging. Any input?

Weight Gain Question
Usually you lose weight at night...so I weighed myself before I got in the shower last night and it was 125 and this morning it was 127. How does that happen? Yes, I weigh myself morning and night. It's just habit. However, that's the first time I've seen this happen.

Bad Week
I was doing so well the past 8 weeks but this week hasn't been going well at all and I need to get back on track. The problem I have is that I'll beat myself up for those little things that I know won't make me gain 2lbs in a day but seeing the scale go up that much is disheartening.

1200 Calories
So question....my MFP is set to 1200 calories. I'm 5'3, currently 127 and want to get to 124. But it just seems lately that I'm tired and moody. I'm not sure if it's stress in my life from moving, the 1200 calories or what I'm eating. My diet lately has consisted of packaged on the go stuff because life is busy these days.…

Activity Level
When I started my profile on MFP, I set it to sendentary because I do have a desk job. It seems as though I'm starting to earn my calories back by 10am from just getting up and walking around, etc. So that leads me to wonder is if my activity level should be higher?

Macro Question
Hi! I'm still a newbie here learning the ropes but I had a question. Is the goal to stay under your calories and your macros or one or the other? And does MFP give accurate macro limitations or should I look elsewhere for those? Thanks!
