If you think anything we "modern humans" eat is anywhere near close to "natural", well, you are just living in a distorted reality...

If you have a butcher in your area, pay them a visit and explain your situation. A kind butcher will gladly provide you with trimmings, offal and other goodies for free.

"Why are rice cakes considered a "diet food"?" A more precise question is:"Why "were rice cakes considered a "diet food"?" There answer is: They are low fat and were an "ideal" snack during the low fat diet/fad of the '80s-'90s. Nowadays we have different fads to worry about and that's why rice cakes are not the rage…

I didn't dispute the existense of antioxidants. I am skeptical whether the antioxidants in green tea are beneficial in any way. I hope you appreciate the difference. Feel free to present evidence, I'm open to the science.

Many people have trouble with the concept, however, once you get past the "negative connotations" with this lowly offering, you'll realize there are tons of culinary opportunities at your disposal. Choose offal from young animals and don't overcook it. Hearts and gizzards are almost pure muscle, liver and kidneys have 60%…

It's not an addiction, it's a habit. Habits take about 90 days to break them. I used to…

A precious few are unaffected. Now that you know that stress is getting to you, find ways to combat it. Find some stress relieving activities that…
