Carol, I have 2 basic questions for you: do you know your HRmax and VO2max? If the answer is no to either, then your A360 doesn't really know you. If you think you are actually burning fewer actual calories than those recorded , I recommend lowering your HRmax by 10, this will shift all HR zones a bit

You can add a column and simply calculate ( fat% - [carb-fiber]%). Those are columns G - N. You'll get your answer that way. If you're doing ketosis, you'll need to lower protein intake too (max 15% is recommended)

Keep the yolks, remove the PB. They have more protein less carbs/fat/kcal than PB. And it would taste like an omelette.

Do you really think you can overeat that much before you realize you need to control your caloric…

You are tiny, young and skinny. Eat more food! Make sure you get all the micros you need for such a low caloric input that you are on. Also, don't skip sodium (electrolytes in general) and drink lots of water.

I have pure gluten stocked and make protein breads all the time. My cheesy breads (Harzer) are less than 140 calories per serving and 20g of protein. Pure win! ;)

Or: Put PB jar on scale. Tare. Spoon out desired PB Weigh PB jar. The difference in grams is what you ate. "Tablespoons" mean nothing.
