If you really need a substantial afternoon snack I can totes recommend a baked sweet potato (takes like 6minutes in the microwave, 150kcals) and some humous/light soft cheese. You feel like you're eating loads for the equivalent of a packet of crisps!

Banana pancakes are my go-to 'indulgent' breakfast, kcals vary depending on banana/egg size but it normally comes out around 300kcal. 1 banana, 2 eggs, 20g protein (I use soya) and a dash of coconut milk makes perfect pancakes every time and super filling!
