Start doing a lot of cardio and eating clean and the fat will just melt off.

I love hummus with celery and cucumbers. I don't need the extra calories the pita have.

In the morning 30 minutes on exercise bike, 30 minutes on arch trainer, and weight lifting. 30 minute fast walk around the plant at work on lunch.

I originally lost 160lbs and gained it back. I now have lost 40lbs and have another 100lbs to go. You can do it don't get discouraged.

Just make sure you always remember how hard you have worked to get where you are now. It is very easy to get back into old habits and gain it all back. It happened to me.
