Welcome to MFP. My exercise routine involves anything outdoors. Sadly I become quite lazy when winter rolls around and I have to push myself to lift any weights. I find lifting weights boring.

Hello there just starting again today. I'm back again after a year. Trying to eat healthy and really trying to not eat processed food. I need friends too.
