Thanks all! And yes, I'm sure I was eating way over 2000 calories, I just never measured so I am not sure the exact amount... I'm super lazy and I like to cook several meals a week on Sunday and pop them in the freezer. I just pull them out when I want them.

Variety of reasons... I drink too much so need to at least cut back, empty calories, bad habit, etc... I drink water all day so I'm bored of it...

I struggle with my time management for sure. I'm always looking for quick and convenient foods. I'm also a terrible cook so I'm intimidated by recipes and hate cooking every night. I also live with someone else who doesn't share the same goals as me, so removing all temptation is out of the question. It's overwhelming

Appreciate the responses.... Just want to add, I'm already vegetarian and the only animal sources I eat are eggs, cheese and butter. I do plan on this being a lifestyle, not crash diet.
