Beginner - Can I walk everyday and do C25k 3 times a week, or is that too much?

I'm starting to exercise after a year of not exercising and am starting the Couch to 5K program. I want to do the C25K program three times and week and walk the other 4 days. The other 4 days would be a more leisurely pace and maybe with my dog. I am wondering if this is too much and if I would hurt myself. Thoughts?

    You should be ok with that. Walking is good exercise and also pretty low stress.

    I hope so. I do c25k four times a week along with being on my feet most of the day at work, and then walking up to five miles total every day on lunch/break.
