  • I know some people are not big gum chewers, but if you are craving something you can pop in a piece of gum. This works for me sometimes. Distract yourself is the best way. Take a power nap. Or brush your teeth, gargle mouth wash- you wouldnt want to eat after that.
  • My sister was making pink champagne cupcakes for a bridal shower, and I ate four of them. The sad thing is they tasted so good I didn't even feel bad.
  • Take one step at a time. It's a good thing that you aren't drinking soda, that was one of the hardest things for me to give up personally. Start small, like no seconds, don't eat after 6 pm.   • I eat what I did before, I just don't overeat. I cut out soda, and eating after 6 pm. I've lost 75 pounds, so it works for me, when I tried to push myself to hard I gained it back so I had to just cut back.
  • No one wants to carry around a food scale everywhere they go, and weigh what that eat! Thats crazy, unless you have health issues and do that because a DOCTOR recommended it then it would make sense. Otherwise it sounds nuts! You can have MFP and not log your food at all!
