My version of the paleo diet is just not eating anything that's processed or not fresh. Stick to eggs, meat, fruits and veggies, and nuts. I do rice, bread, peanut butter, and even pretzels but my goal is to keep that as processed as it gets.

Ditto!! I'm 5'6 and am at 152 right now. I'm having a hard time dropping any weight right now. It's hard to stay away from wine for me and I'm really bad at working out. But I'm determined to get better at both. I ideally would like to be around 10ish hopefully, but I wouldn't know because I've never really been under 140.…
