Thanks! I currently use Happy Scale to track my weight daily and I always know when it's coming but it's still annoying to see that gain on the scale even though it's only temporary

DO NOT go below 1000!!!! That is not healthy at all and the guilt you feel while eating combined with the low calorie intake and wanting to go lower is a huge red flag....
