I get so frustrated because every 2 weeks, I gain water weight like crazy and it makes me feel like I'm not losing anything. Even though my eating is on point, my weight goes up and down all the time and it's hard to see a general trend this early on. Anyway, I just needed to vent because this is extremely frustrating.
