I had the HR for about 9 months before I upgraded to the Surge. I found the HR pretty accurate, but when I did sports that involved using my hands (skiing, horseback riding, even hiking...most sports apart from running basically), it underestimated the calories burns. I use a H7 Polar belt now for everything apart from…

Feel free to add me :) More or less finished with weight loss, but I log every day and like to support others. My diary is open, but mostly in Norwegian :P

You look so much better! Love the tattoos, and the one with the heart looks way nicer now that you are slimmer in the waist area :)

I wish I was as strong as you. Can't live without some chocolate every day :) I try to eat only dark chocolate now, as I find it harder to binge on it than on milk chocolate.

Hi! I am French but living in Norway. I visit home every year, and I must admit that I usually eat lots during those visits, as French food is so much tastier than blend Norwegian food! I definitely have a sweet tooth, so I am happy we don't have bakeries everywhere here.... :)

No...I am 130 Ibs and 5'7, I have legitimately big bones. Which means that my bones are wide, also broad shoulders and hips (and hourglass figure). But the weight of my bones was exactly the same when I was 20 Ibs heavier. Being obese/overweight/average/underweight doesn't influence the weight of your bones.

I love mine. Tracking sleep is fun, and tracking heart rate is pretty important if you want more accurate numbers when it comes to how many calories you burn - and how much you may eat.

haha same here...chocolate everyday, pizza for breakfast today....

What do you eat for breakfast? If you eat cereals/oatmeal, I would suggest whey powder that you can mix into the milk or almonds that you can spread over it. Sorry just saw what you usually eat. You could perhaps try adding some chicken to your bagel?
