You all rock!! You took this challenge and went for it. I ended up being a flake--a surprise trip to Europe for a month was good for my happy-o-meter but not to great for my goal or waistline. You all inspire me and thanks for joining this challenge.

Down a pound for 10/2 but not a change in inches. Last week, I lost 1/2 and inch but didnt't lose any weight. It's a process. Glad you're all here.

And I will say that we ordered pizza and wings last night. While fun, the calories just aren't worth it unless I've burned 900 calories that day doing exercise.

Hi Everyone! Weighing in. How did you do last week? I didn't lose a pound but I didn't gain anything back and I've lost another 1/2 inch in my waist line. Feeling great! Hope you all are, too, and so glad you're here.

@Fiftyshadesofweight Let me know what you think of Tone It Up. I love them. I had great success using their routines and guidance a year ago (but relocated and lost my good habits). They are challenging but they get easier with practice. I enjoy their attitude and pace.

Hi Everyone! Today is the beginning of 9 pounds in 9 weeks. I just weighed myself and measured my waist. Hooray! It's only 9 weeks of committment, we can do this. I am using Tone It Up girls for my exercise guidance. The less I think about what to do and the more I let someone tell me what exercises to do, the better. They are so flipping happy and contagious. I move at half their speed but tgey are great
