  • Before my pregnancy I did 500 calories for 2 days and then my 1900 for the other five days. I can't imagine doing it for ten days though. I tend to find busy work during ing my fasting days to keep me occupied.
  • Chips and cheese dip. Also, cream cheese with salsa over it and chips to dip in it.
