  • I don't have any from this pregnancy, but here is my 32 week from my last one. I was about 220lbs in this: I didn't feel I looked terribly overweight. Just a lot of belly. No, that was my week 42 picture where I look like a whale (my kid didn't want to come out). No one gets to see that one. :p
  • No one said anything about broscience. My doctor knows perfectly well how I'm managing my nutrition and even encourages me to lose half a pound a week for the first two trimesters. Half a pound a week for me is over 2000 calories a day. I also walk 3-4 times a week for 40-60 minutes and do Pilates twice a week and eat back…
  • I get tired of it sometimes. Lately, I haven't been doing it and I'm still losing slowly. I have a lot to lose though and I'm pregnant. So it's probably a little different for me than it is for you. I know that after the baby if I were to stall in my weightloss, then I would have to tighten up my logging/weighing. The…
  • That's what I've always done.
  • I have an exgirlfriend that used to describe herself as barrel chested. She just had what appeared to be a very wide, round ribcage even though she was a healthy weight. She hated it, but there was nothing that could be done for it. It's just a body type.
  • The light blue gatorade is about all I can handle right now. Plain water makes me feel ill.
  • I'm only 10 weeks right now with my second child. I've actually lost a little bit of weight. With my first, I started at 215lbs (I'd lost 10lbs before finding out I was pregnant) and I only gained 10lbs during the pregnancy. Right now, I'm 254lbs (haven't weighed-in for a few days). My doctor says the weight isn't as…
  • I had them bad with my first pregnancy. I'm not looking forward to them this time around (if they happen, only 10 weeks right now). Husband used to help me into a hot bath and pour cool water over my belly and back till they passed.
  • Hello. ^_^ I'm 28, 5'5'', 254lbs, and 10 weeks along. Doctor said half a pound a week is fine for me. Due to medical issues, he is not comfortable with me trying to do more than that. MFP has me set at 2080 calories a day, but I have trouble meeting that most days due to nausea. I walk 4 times a week for about an hour each…
  • Before my pregnancy I did 500 calories for 2 days and then my 1900 for the other five days. I can't imagine doing it for ten days though. I tend to find busy work during ing my fasting days to keep me occupied.
  • Chips and cheese dip. Also, cream cheese with salsa over it and chips to dip in it.
