You are doing this the right way...pick one meal at a time...then move to the next....in a month or so you'll have it all figured out.

No, never, because it kills gains. My cardio sessions are like yours. Every day though for 30-45 min depending on my goals. I walk at an incline and speed to set my heart rate in the fat burning zone.

My wife is Filipino, short, busty, tan year round. "White Boy Asian Lust" got me in college...still does..and I tell her this. ;) There are differences in cultures we had to over come...but it was worth it....my kids are gorgeous....just like their momma.

I completed three rounds putting on a lot of muscle mass...arms each went up 2 inches! And even got to pose with the big guy himself. You're going to love it! Best part of the program is all the eating!!
