Bread is not in my meal plan. It is not that I do not like bread. I have been waiting for this answer....this is WHY I made this thread. Would any of you attempt to lose weight if you knew you wouldn't fail? Weight loss is about deficit calories which you can create through what you eat and how you train. If you have a meal plan configured at a deficit...how can you possibly fail?

I would't doubt it. Though I do research for many, and make recommendations for many, on calorie targets and macros...and I stand behind my client's results. I had another 200 grams of carbs between 4-9 pm (peri workout) Am I the only one who can run a quick energy calculation in my head and and see that the Op's original calorie target is way too low?…

Be sure you measure that pour. I used to put 3 tbl spoons in when I thought it was one. I started drinking coffee black after that.

Have a standalone arm day and hit Bi's on back day and Tris on chest days. So you end up working arms twice a week

C4 is good and I can get 60 servings for around $35 on Amazon....but I have to take 2 scoops of C4. Right now I'm taking Pump Ignitor by Top Secret and 1 scoop for that does the trick. I buy it for around $20 to $25 on AllStarHeath.com
