I wouldn't dare try a bulk on 30 grams of carbs....guess I love the pump I get slamming carbs after the workout. You may be more successful on a carb cycling diet, but I'm #TeamDonuts for life.

Just curious...do you time your carbs? Or consider when you take them in? For example right now I get most of my carbs in Peri Workout...but maybe I'm just boring and should eat more exciting foods.

Weighted Hip thrust for the win. Always with the thrusting...always with the winning!! Maybe do 4 or 5 sets of 10-12 reps with as much weight as you can do. You will rapidly increase weight over the coming weeks. Have a dedicated Glute ONLY day and find one other day to add in hip thrusts. Slam some high glycemic carbs…
