Left is July 2015 @ 158. Middle is November 2015 @ 145. Right is today @ 138. This isn't my entire journey, as I started around 2 years ago at 199. And I'm 5'9'' for those curious.
Thanks for posting! You look great in all 3 really. IMO. I am the same height at 157 CW. GW is 145 but you look good at 138 too. What is your UGW? Thanks!1 -

Thank you! My UGW changed many times over the past two years and, being honest, I don't have one anymore. At this point, I'm focusing on adding muscle so I'm not as concerned with the number on the scale.2 -
Here's my first progress pic for you all, there are 6 months between these photos. Just over a stone between both, not a huge amount but it's a start and I'm really happy I chose this journey

Not much to report after 8 months.. but then again I didn't stick to anything very regular over that time period. I took the "before" photos because I was about to start 6 weeks of a work assignment that was very physically demanding and everyone else in my office said they dropped a bunch of weight doing it. I of course didn't get that benefit because in my mind i justified eating way more because of the physical activity. I took "after" photos today because I'm 5lbs down--which doesn't sound like that much, and i wanted to see if it was easier to view a difference by placing the photos side-by-side.
Apologies for the difference in lighting... I moved since last June and couldn't replicate the same sunlight...

Got a long way to go yet but I'm determined to get there. Decided to post this as I have been going through some old photo's and seen the difference between before I started using MFP and to now.

I'm 5'11" and started at 221. This dress barely wrapped around me when I started and now fits beautifully. I'm 190 currently- I'm not a bird boned lady so I still have about 20lbs before I start to maintain.
Great work everyone!
