I'm well- had to start up some cardio to lose- since I can't let go of the talenti- shoulders are looking sharper and sharper but need to be bigger- considering another bulk this winter- but I'm still mighty meaty sitting at 165. I don't have any recent good pictures- perhaps we should have a "Sweet gainz" thread to selfie it up instead of this one. LOL Also- keep all the drool pictures in one place. Because that's a good excuse to do so!!!

I will also do a bulk again starting in August....hopefully I don't get sick and can make the weight stick around.

Still trying to get my bf on @MityMax96 's level. Looking good brotha!! Nice form on the weighted pull-ups. I'm weighing in at 192 lbs now...really don't want to go below 190.

I'm just struggling to get the calories in really. I'm trying to eat clean most of the time and doing quite well with that. I keep loosing lbs and if anything I want to build up a bit.

"Clean" is very subjective and is diff to everyone.
Just focus on getting overall calories in that you need for your goals.
Then second, hit your macros.
I eat all sorts of diff things.....cinnamon toast crunch cereal, 5 Guys burgers, ice cream.....
But I make sure I eat to my needed calories, and hit my macros.0 -

Just curious...do you time your carbs? Or consider when you take them in? For example right now I get most of my carbs in Peri Workout...but maybe I'm just boring and should eat more exciting foods.0 -

I only eat between about 1245 - 8pm.....
Workout fasted around 1130am
So all my food/carbs come in after my workout.
