    Then I need to bulk hard come August.....I Need some freaking weight on me.

    Looking lean MityMax! I've put on 10 lbs since last summer. Trying to recomp at curent weight but it is slow going...may go deficit calories in June if I get imptient. Keep us posted.

    Re-comp is slow as hell, that is more like a year long process usually.
    But you have the mass and size....what I wish I had.

    Loving the gains I am seeing in here. I have about 3 pounds left to lose for my cut and then maintain until August. After that, I will be bulking again. Need to put some major mass on.

    Holy Fuark brah, mirin' hard.

    Started lifting August last year for girls, definitely boosted my confidence.
    Then I started browsing /fit/ and have *kitten* dedicated myself to making it. Recently had mono and was out for 4 weeks, dropped from 160lbs down to 144lbs. Gotta get my weight back up. Summer bulk I guess.

    Ded republic ? More like republic of gainz ! Being 15 years old started lifting last year ( 14 years old) still Mirin all these physiques the Gods of mount Olympus have given us even though the king has passed . Man wishes I was lifting when az was around cause his lifestyle and motivation is still spreading and Dominating too this day

    I train primarily for strength now. My desires to be lean/muscular aren't nearly as present anymore. I'm happier a bit fluffy =)

    I did 275lbs for 3 on bench today. I'm hoping to get to around the 315 for 3 someday. Baby steps.

    I have given up on flat bench at this point.....topped out around 255.....and now it just stresses my shoulder joints to much.
    I am working on incline bench.....so at 235 on him.....

    Prolly should do a few days of carb depletion, and then carb up to get a tighter look.
